Intake Process for Expert Styling and Vision

1. Getting to Know You  (30 minute Discovery Call or In-Person Chat)

Let's connect! We'll dive into your persona; style story, lifestyle needs, and what you're dreaming of - whether it's a signature look, a wardrobe refresh, or the perfect out for a special moment.

2. Style Vision & Closet Peak (Optional):

If you're open to it, we will review your current gaps, and potential treasures. This step helps us uncover ways to elevate your style using what you already own while incorporating new-to-you preloved pieces.

3. Curated for You:

 Based on our conversation, I'll create a personalized style pan featuring hand-selected vintage and preloved items that fir your goals and reflect your individuality. Think chic, sustainable, and tailored just for you. In this step we utilize Pintrest to ensure you have visibility to "Kameo Picks." Kindly Note: The first 5 "pins" are complementary; we charge $100 for 35 pins both per internal and external.

4. Fitting & Style Session:

We'll bring the vision to life in a private fitting session either at the Kameo Vintage showroom or virtually. Together, we'll refine the looks, play with high - low combinations, and make sure everything feels authentically you.

5. Finishing Touches & Follow Up:

Once your looks are complete, I'll guide you on how to wear and style your pieces with confidence. Plus, I'm always here for followup questions or future styling needs - you're officially pat of the Kameo Qween community.

Feel free to bring images, mood boards, or even a favorite piece you'd like to style around. Inspiration helps us bring your vision to life!

Wardrobe Goals:

Come prepared with a vision! Whether you're revamping your wardrobe, looking for a specific event outfit, or building a capsule collection, share your goals with your Kameo stylist so we can tailor the experience just for you.

Try - Ons & Feedback:

During your session, you'll have the opportunity to try on pieces curated from our collection. Don't hesitate to give feedback - your stylist will adjust selections to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.

A service fee of $250 is required to book up to a 2 hour appointment. Please note that this fee is for the styling service itself and is not applied toward any purchases made during your session. (The styling fee is per person).

If our appointment exceeds 2 hours the cost is $125 per hour.

We request you leave a credit card on file, before we start your session.

Be sure to arrive on time for your session to make the most of your experience. Each appointment is carefully scheduled to allow personal attention and styling expertise.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a one-time cancellation fee at no charge. After the first cancellation, a $125 fee will apply for any future changes. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to working with you.
